Two and a Half Hour UK Resuscitation Council Compliant Course
Essential Life Support (ELS) is a focused, practical course covering the core skills needed to respond confidently in a life-threatening emergency.
It is ideal for groups who need regular refreshers or foundational life support training, delivered in a supportive, hands-on format.
This course is UK Resuscitation Council compliant and focuses on recognising emergencies quickly and taking effective action while awaiting for emergency services.
