What types of first aid courses do you offer?
The courses that we deliver include training in CPR, AED use we mainly focus on first aid at work certification but our instructors can deliver other courses such as emergency first aid for schools, first aid for pharmacists. If there is a course other than the courses listed on the website please contact us using the details below and we can discuss whether we are able to deliver the course for your needs.
2. How long does the certification last?
Certifications last for 3 years unless otherwise stated.
3. Are your courses HSE compliant?
Yes, our courses meet the standards as set by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for workplace first aid training. They are suitable for employers seeking to meet HSE guidelines.
4. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, upon successful completion of your course, you'll receive certificate that demonstrates HSE compliant training.
5. Who issues the certificates for your courses?
While we deliver the training, our courses are quality assured and certified through Skillbase First Aid, a trusted external body that ensures our training meets industry and HSE standards. This means the certification you receive is backed by independent oversight and professional standards.
6. Can you come to our location for group training?
Absolutely! we offer onsite group training for workplaces, schools and community groups. We require a minimum of 4-6 delegates depending on the course.
To run the session effectively, we ask that the venue provides either:

A TV with an HDMI port (for laptop connection), or

A blank wall or screen suitable for a projector
We'll bring all training materials, including a laptop and projector if needed. If you're unsure whether your space is suitable, feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to advise.
7. What should I bring to training?
Just yourself! We provide all the training materials.
Comfortable clothing is recommended for the courses as it is very practical and hands-on, you can bring a note book and pen to take extra notes if you would like to.
