Service Description
React Well First Aid Training delivers comprehensive, hands-on first aid training designed to give you the confidence and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. This course is ideal for individuals and small businesses who require a full First Aid at Work qualification in line with HSE guidance. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear as this is a practical, hands-on course. All delegates must be able to perform CPR at ground level, as per HSE requirements. Please bring your own lunch, drinks will be provided.

Booking & Cancellation summary We keep our booking process simple - but please note our key terms before confirming your place. React Well First Aid Training Effective from 11/08/2025 Individuals: Payment is required at the time of booking. Businesses/Organisations/Groups: Payment is due 28 days from date of invoice or no later than 7 days before the course, whichever is sooner. Cancellations - Individuals: . 7+ days' notice - Full refund or free transfer. . 4 days' notice - 50% refund or free transfer. . 72 hours or less/no-show - No refund (transfer may be offered at our discretion. - Businesses/Organisations/Groups: . 14+ days' notice - Full refund or free reschedule. . 7-13 days' - 50% refund or reschedule to a later date with a 25% rescheduling fee . Less than 7 days - The full fee is payable. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to a 25% rescheduling fee. Transfers & Substitutions: You may transfer to another date (subject to availability) or send a substitute delegate up to 24 hours before the course.
