The Annual Skills Update is a short, practical refresher course designed to help first aiders maintain confidence and competence between formal requalification courses.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) strongly recommends that first aiders complete regular skills refreshers, as confidence and practical ability can reduce over time.
This workshop-style course focuses on hands-on practice, discussion and real-life scenarios, ensuring first aiders remain ready to respond effectively in an emergency.
