Cancellation Policy
React Well First Aid Training

Course Bookings:
This booking and cancellation policy outlines the terms for enrolling on to courses delivered by React Well First Aid Training. By booking a course, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings can be made via our website, email or phone.
Course places are subject to availability and confirmed only upon of full payment for individuals, or via invoice for business, organisations and groups.
For group bookings or onsite training, an invoice will be issued detailing dates, numbers and pricing.
Payment Terms
Individuals:
Full payment is required at the time of booking the course to secure your place. Payment can be made online via a secure payment method.
Businesses/Organisations/Groups
Payment is required either:
28 days from the date of the invoice, or No later than 7 days before the course start date - whichever is sooner.
This ensures places are secured in advance and training can be delivered smoothly. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to release the reserved spaces.
Note: for bookings made less than 7 days before the course start date, payment will be due immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds
By Individuals:
7+ days notice: full refund or free transfer to another course date.
4 days notice: 50% refund or one free transfer to another course date.
72 hours notice or no show: No refund. Transfers may be considered at our discretion.
By Business/Organisations/Groups:
More than 14 days notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
7-13 days: 50% refund or reschedule for a fee usually 25% of total cost.
Less than 7 days: Full course fee is payable. Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability at the company's discretion.
Transfers & Substitutes: 
You may request to transfer your booking to a different course date or location, subject to availability.
You may substitute a delegate at no additional cost unto 24 hours before the course starts.

Cancellations by React Well:
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. trainer illness, low enrolment, venue issues. If this happens we will offer a full refund or transfer to an alternative course date. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred as a result of cancellation.
Attendance & Certification:
Full attendance is required to be eligible for certification.
