Service Description
This 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course is ideal for staff in low-risk workplaces such as offices, retail and hospitality settings. It meets the minimum legal requirements set by the HSE and provides participants with practical knowledge and confidence to respond to a range of emergency situations. If we are delivering the course at your premises, please ensure the space includes either: A TV with and HDMI input or A blank wall or screen suitable for projection. We will provide the projector if required. Please also ensure there is adequate room for practical activities. Wear Comfortable clothes and footwear as this is a hands on practical course. All delegates must be able to perform CPR at ground level, as per HSE requirements. Lunch maybe provided via negotiation at an additional cost. We'll send an invoice once your booking is confirmed. Payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date or at least 7 days before the course, whichever comes first.

Booking & Cancellation summary We keep our booking process simple - but please note our key terms before confirming your place. React Well First Aid Training Effective from 11/08/2025 Individuals: Payment is required at the time of booking. Businesses/Organisations/Groups: Payment is due 28 days from date of invoice or no later than 7 days before the course, whichever is sooner. Cancellations - Individuals: . 7+ days' notice - Full refund or free transfer. . 4 days' notice - 50% refund or free transfer. . 72 hours or less/no-show - No refund (transfer may be offered at our discretion. - Businesses/Oganisations/Groups: . 14+ days' notice - Full refund or free reschedule. . 7-13 days' - 50% refund or reschedule to a later date with a 25% rescheduling fee . Less than 7 days - The full fee is payable. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to a 25% rescheduling fee. Transfers & Substitutions: You may transfer to another date (subject to availability) or send a substitute delegate up to 24 hours before the course.
